Position Requirements:
- College Graduate
- Knowledge in QMS, ISO 9001, 5S, IQA, QC Tools and SPC is an advantage
- Is visionary and has strategic planning/ supervisory skills
- Can work well under pressure and with less supervision
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Description:
- Distribution and control of documents.
- Monthly review of documents due for departmental review.
- Ensures that obsolete documents are retrieved.
- Undertake various functions related to document control, document archiving, and maintenance of documents.
- Controls issuance of document numbers.
- Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
- Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic files.
- Routes documents to concerned parties.
- Enrolls all company policies, guidelines, work instructions, procedures, layouts, and forms
- Update summary created policies, guidelines, work instructions, procedures, layouts, and forms per month for every department.
