Human Resource Manager:

Position Requirements:

  • Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • With good scholastic records
  • At least 3 years experience in Human Resource functions in a manufacturing plant
  • Knowledge in QMS, ISO 9001, 5S, IQA, QC Tools and SPC is an advantage
  • Is a visionary and has strategic planning/supervisory/training skills
  • Can work well under pressure
  • With good communication and interpersonal relations skills

Job Description:

Responsible for various human resourcefunctions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performancemonitoring, employee counseling, creating, advising and implementing  personnel policies within a company, organization or government agency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Placement

  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and recruitment for manning requirements of the company
  • Source out manpower service providers
  • Request/review resumes of applicants
  • Coordinate with requestor and manpower service providers for scheduling of interview
  • Conducts preliminary interview with applicants
  • Meet with requester/GM for final selection and hiring
  • Ensures proper documentation of hiring procedure for selected candidates: review o submitted pre-employment requirements

Training and Development

  • Conducts Employee Orientation for new employees
  • Conducts Training Needs Analysis to determine the training requirements of employees (skill, knowledge, attitude) in coordination with line managers/supervisors
  • Develops training modules whenever necessary
  • Conducts and facilitates training programs
  • Develops internal technical trainers (sales, marketing and plant operation)
  • Develops and implements the annual performance appraisal system

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Ensures proper review and documentation of all recommendations for personnel movement; transfer, promotions, upgrading, separations…
  • Reviews all recommendation for salary adjustments
  • Ensures updating of all positions description and proper classification of all positions
  • Reviews and recommends for the revision of salary structure

Employee and Labor Relations

  • Implements effective dialogue system for employees and management
  • Develops, recommends and implements employee relations, programs like annual outing, Christmas party…
  • Establishes networking relationships with DOLE,SSS,PAG-IBIG
  • Ensures the implementation of the rules and regulations on employee discipline
  • Issues notice to explain

Information Management/Communication

  • Ensures accurate maintenance of HR records including 201 files
  • To do other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
