Manufacturing and Maintenance Supervisor

Position Requirements :

  • Graduate of any Technical course preferably engineering courses.
  • With good scholastic records
  • At least 3 years experience in Quality functions in a gas manufacturing plant
  • Knowledge in QMS, ISO 9001, 5S, IQA Tools and SPC is an advantage
  • Is a visionary and has strategic planning/supervisory/technical laboratory skills
  • Can work well under pressure and with less supervision
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in ensuring conformance to products standards and attainment of quality finished products and in the development and enhancement of systems, processes and procedures aimed in improving productivity, continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluates the quality management system and propose continual improvement both on services and product quality and upholds its maintenance and improvement.
  • Responsible for planning and implementation of efficient maintenance of plant equipments and facilities.
  • Conducts studies aimed in improving/enhancing systems, processes and procedures in plant, sales, marketing and other operational functions
  • Evaluates feasibility of submitted project proposals
  • Monitors implementation of approved project proposals
  • Conducts technical research in determining other product applications
  • Conducts studies aimed in improving /enhancing systems, processes and procedures in plant, sales, marketing and other operational functions.
  • Makes daily accomplishment report and prepares monthly reports.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Responsible in Planning, implementation and monitoring of loose cylinders and palletized cylinders maintenance.
  • Assigns works to maintenance staff, monitor and records their work output.
